Farm Bandi Moth Beans (matki) are small, light-brown beans with a nutty, earthy flavour. They are a must for Maharashtrian misal and usal, and are excellent sprouted for salads and snacks. Soak overnight before cooking or sprouting. Carefully cleaned and packed in a 1.5 kg bag.
