PARISHUDD Sona Masoori Rice is a light, aromatic medium-grain rice grown predominantly in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka. It cooks soft and fluffy, making it the everyday rice of South Indian homes.

How to cook: Rinse 2–3 times, then cook 1 cup rice with about 2 cups water in a pot or pressure cooker until tender. Ideal for plain rice with sambar and rasam, pulihora, curd rice, lemon rice and biryani.
