Farm Bandi Vall Beans (val / field beans / mochai) are flat, creamy-white beans with a slightly bitter, nutty flavour loved in Gujarati and South Indian cooking. Use them for val nu shaak, undhiyu, mochai kuzhambu and curries. Soak overnight, then cook until tender. Carefully cleaned and packed in a 1.5 kg bag.
